Johnny on the Spot can process lender's loan documents, real estate deeds, powers of attorney, and many other documents. Signing agents are notaries who specialize in the process of obtaining and notarizing the signatures on loan documents.

Lenders rely on the signing agent to complete the signing portion of the transaction in a professional and accurate manner at a time and place convenient for the client. Signing agents play an important role in assisting borrowers with proper execution of the documents.

All notarizations performed by Johnny on the Spot Mobile Notary require satisfactory evidence in order to authenticate the individual.  The following forms of photo-identification are acceptable in accordance with the California Civil Code section 1185(c)(3) & (4): California driver’s license or identification card, U.S. passport, any other state’s driver’s license or identification card, a foreign passport which has been stamped by the U.S. Immigration or Naturalization Service or the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service, a Canadian or Mexican driver’s license or U.S. Military Identification Card.
